The academy consists of three sets of courses, namely the basics of PHP and MySQL, the PHP extension course and the advanced PHP course.

BASIC PHP PROGRAMING

• We will create a dynamic web site, the theme of which will be a personal portfolio, personal presentation.
• The site will be created in the PHP programming language, and the contents will be stored in the MySQL database.
• The outer layer (front-end) will display the main menu with the corresponding content of the website.
• Back-end or the administration will serve to edit the content that is displayed on an external website.
• We will protect the administration with a username and password.
• The students will taste the basics of PHP language (syntax and semantics), as well as the basics of MySQL language (SQL statements).
• We will establish a connection between PHP and MySQL database and display communication between them.
• We will also look at the server dashboard and file transfer program on the server via FTP

INTERMEDIATE PHP PROGRAMING

• We will create an online application that will enable users to log on to the workshops to enable the administrator to review the logged-in users and the administration of the invited workshops.
• The web application will consist of an administration that will be protected by a user name and password.
• There will be a registration form for the workshops on the website.
• The administrator can view applications for workshops in the administration.

ADVANCED PHP PROGRAMING

• Create a simple application.
• Installing Laravel with Composers.
• Work at the server terminal.
• Connection via SSH protocol.
• DirectAdmin to configure the server.

The course is intended for anyone who has (at least) basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and would like to learn how to program dynamic websites with the PHP programming language in connection with MySQL databases.
