Course Overview
This course provides practical insight and tools to help you become an effective IT manager at any level. Presented by Mike Sisco, an IT manager and CIO of more than twenty years, the class follows his IT Management Process and provides a solid foundation of how to manage technology resources in a way that provides real value for your company. Plenty of tools and examples are provided as you develop your own 30-Day Action Plan during the course. The course helps students develop a business values perspective and places emphasis on using processes and tools that ensure your IT initiatives priorities are aligned with business needs and objectives.
