Andrej Grlica

Andrej Grlica is an experienced Oracle APEX developer, consultant, and trainer specializing in enterprise application development, Oracle technologies, and modern AI integration approaches within Oracle environments.

He has been working with Oracle APEX for more than 10 years and has participated in projects for ministries, insurance companies, banks, and various domestic and international organizations. His professional focus includes Oracle APEX application architecture, PL/SQL development, REST integrations, enterprise modernization, and the implementation of AI-powered solutions.

Andrej is actively involved in the Oracle APEX community through workshops, technical presentations, and public speaking engagements. He has delivered multiple Oracle APEX workshops and conference sessions, including presentations focused on AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and Oracle AI technologies.

He was invited to lecture at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Maribor, where he received the title of Visiting Specialist for Oracle APEX technologies. In addition to commercial projects, he contributes to the Oracle APEX ecosystem through publicly available plugins and technical community initiatives.

As an AI and Oracle APEX trainer, Andrej combines strong technical expertise with practical real-world experience, focusing on hands-on learning, modern development practices, and enterprise-ready AI integration scenarios.
